It's nice to see your Lyall again, and things were going so well till the grandparents arrived. Yikes, they certainly haven't got many redeeming qualities, unless it's sending money to Remus which he must hate taking from them in several ways. I can't believe they're not even impressed that Tonks is an Auror.

I did laugh at Lyall's expectations about Remus' girlfriend, and his surprise at how young Tonks is and the direction their conversation takes. But then how nice that you show us how he starts to see exactly why Tonks is good for his son.
