Oh, this is a really interesting idea for a fic! Having multiple perspectives on The Prank is a nice way to handle all the complexities.
In this chapter, I especially like the way it's partly seeing Snape talking to Regulus that makes Sirius snap. Because I agree, even our impulsive Sirius would really have had to snap in order to betray Remus's trust this badly.
I like James here for standing up to Sirius even though they'd been like brothers. And I really like Peter's little cameo, where he hesitates for a second and then decides he's going to follow James. (I suppose you could argue he thought the odds were better for him to side with two friends instead of just one, but still.)
I'm now looking forward to reading the other installments!
