You probably don't need reminding that the deadline for posting entries is midnight Pacific time on Friday, 16th May. Nor that we've had some wonderful new R/T fic and art already and are hoping there is more still to come. Sadly, we can't do our already traditional extension of the deadline as your mods have time commitments elsewhere after that. But we thought we would mention that you can leave up to five prompts in each relevant section here, and if you haven't used up your full quota already, then perhaps you've since had some more ideas and now's the time to go for it! There were some new additions overnight which might inspire some furry little plot bunnies if nothing's appealed so far.

We'd also love to hear how you're doing. Is real life being such a pain that time is hard to come by? Or can you give us a few hints as to what you're working on? Does it help to know that we're cheering you on?!

Whatever stage you're at, good luck finishing - or even starting ;) - those entries! :D

I'm working on a postwar AU denial!fic -- trying to be a little longer and plottier than I've been with my last few of those. Fingers crossed that work will cooperate so I can get this together by Friday's deadline...

Musically, it's been a rather busy few weeks for me with 4 concerts with their rehearsals and one more to go. Not sure I'll be able to find a prompt to work with and actually complete something in the 3 evenings I have available this week. Crud.

Is podfic acceptable or does it not count?

A podfic wouldn't count as a submission to our current event, I'm afraid - our events are designed for a writer/artist to use a prompt to inspire a fanfic or fan art - but if you mean you wish to make a podfic of a fic that has already been submitted here, then you could contact the author concerned to ask their permission? I'm sorry, I'm not entirely sure what you're asking?
